• Profile information: Username you choose for your account.
• Listings and contact requests: Travel routes, origins, destinations, item descriptions, and messages you send when contacting another user about a listing.
• Chat messages: Content you send and receive through the app, stored in our database.
• Feedback: Email address (if you are not signed in) and message content when you submit feedback through the app.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Basic interaction logs (e.g., timestamps of messages, chat activity) used to operate the service.
• Analytics and diagnostics: Product usage events, page interactions, session recordings, and error reports collected to maintain and improve the service. When you are signed in, this may be linked to your account identifier and email address.

Information from Third Parties

• Google OAuth: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to other Google services.

Your data is stored and processed using Supabase, a cloud database and backend platform. Data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure (hosted on AWS). We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
